Do not book a second hotel independently before understanding the package. International tickets include accommodation around the festival site, Dhërmi Beach, Perivolos or Drymades. Walking distance is valuable; shuttle areas are workable because the festival operates a paid 24-hour loop.
Official transfer days run from 2 to 4 June from Tirana and Corfu, with returns from 7 to 9 June. Corfu means airport, port, ferry and a second border system; Tirana means a long road transfer. Either can work, but the transfer timetable must be checked before the flight is purchased.
Solo rooms are scarce, Albania is often outside EU roaming and local cash remains useful beyond the cashless festival site. Leaving on Saturday or Sunday requires your own transport. This is not a casual two-night add-on disguised as a week-long event.
